Registration, Emails, Passswords

1. To submit adverts you must first have your email address registered and then login using your email address and password.
2. If you forget your password then click Forgot Password and you will be asked to enter your email address and a new password will be emailed to you.
3. You can change your password at any time by clicking My Account.
4. Passwords are encrypted and the Administrator cannot see your password.

Submitting Adverts, Approval

1. To submit a new advert, click New Advert.
2. Note that some of your user login details will be added automatically to your advert. However, you can change these details before submitting the advert, or in the case of email address, simply click the checkbox to exclude the email from your advert. This is designed to save you time when submitting adverts.
3. New submitted adverts need to be approved before being made available to the public.
4. Within a category, your advert will be listed in the reverse date order of when the advert was first created.
5. If you change an advert which is already approved then it will change back to a "Submitted" status and not appear again until approved.
6. Submitting the same advert as a new advert again within a 7 day period is not permitted. If you have a genuine need to change the existing advert, then it needs to be approved by the Administrator.
7. An advert can be cancelled at any time, either by yourself or the Administrator.
8. NOTE: These rules may seem strict at times, but are designed to protect against personal liability and respecting the viewing time of all website visitors.

Advert Content, Categories

1. Inappropriate or offensive content will not be approved.
2. Make sure your content is consistent with the category. The Administrator reserves the right to make judgement on this, and may in some cases delete content.
3. Wanted adverts should be put into the wanted category, with the exception of agistment and property.
4. If you need to communicate with the Administrator then you can use the Chat Notes input box. Theses details are not included in the advert.

Photos

1. You can add up to 2 photos per advert. There are limits on the size of your original photo file that you can upload. The photos will be automatically resized to a maximum width and height (in terms of pixels).
2. You can upload only JPG or GIF format files. The format of the file is normally determined by the file name extension.
3. You cannot upload BMP format files. Instead, convert to JPG format using an image editing software (a simple Save As and choosing JPG normally does the trick). BMP files are often too large and slow to upload or email, so it is a good idea to avoid using this format.
